  • Admission Procedure and Payment of Fee

    Being a prestigious institution, we take in students who will contribute and foster the principles of inter-mingling and culture, we make sure that students admitted to Nancy International School possess certain qualities, it is the first place where he/she begins communicating with other people and as responsible educators it is our duty to provide conducive atmosphere.

    For admission in Nancy International School, please follow the below-mentioned procedure accurately

    Nursery 3.5 to 4.5 years
    K.G 4.5 to 5.5 years

    At the time of registration, the following documents along with registration fee should be submitted to the Front desk of junior block. Filled in form should be submitted in the office along with

    • Latest coloured passport size photograph of the student.
    • Photograph of the parent with the child in [5cm x 3.5cm] (3) Photocopy of Birth Certificate (attested).
    • Original Medical certificate of student.
    • Photocopy of the result of the previous class (attested).
    • In case the registration form is filled by guardians other than parents, it should be clearly indicated.
    • Address Proof :-Pan card/Driving licence/Electricity Bill/ Aadhar Card.
      • Admissions upto class 9th will be on the basis of the entrance exam.
      • The admission would be confirmed only after the personal interview.
      • Only meritorious students will be considered for mid term admission on grounds of transfer or change of school.
      • The school reserves the right to admit a student in the appropriate class after examining the student. Even after the admission is granted the student can either be adjusted in a lower or higher class, which ever the case may be, depending upon the student’s ability at the discretion of the authorities.
      • Admission is strictly subject to fulfilling of all conditions and submission of requisite documents.

    TC from the previous school must be submitted within 15 days after the commencement of the academic session. Academic Session fee will be collected on monthly basis. Details can be taken from the fee counter.

    Note: The school reserves the right to revise the fee as determined by the School Board of Management . The fee revision will be linked with the national cost of living index and current inflation rates which may amount to an increase of 10-12% annually or more.

    The School management can increase the transport fee with the increase in fuel rates.

    Rules Regarding Withdrawal and Refund of Caution Fee Deposit of Students

    • Only caution fee deposits are refundable once the admission is taken in the school.
    • In case of non - payment of dues, same will be adjusted from the caution fee deposit.
    • Admissions granted in the middle of session will have to pay the fee from the beginning of the session.
    • It is mandatory to pay the tuition fee/transport fee after academic session has started even though the student has not reported for the new session.
    • Only meritorious students will be considered for mid term admission on grounds of transfer or change of school.
    • The school reserves the right to admit a student in the appropriate class after examining the student. Even after the admission is granted the student can either be adjusted in a lower or higher class, which ever the case may be, depending upon the student’s ability at the discretion of the authorities.
